The Firm, working with local counsel, recovered the sum of $100,000.00 for our client in Cause No. NO. C-2482-20-B; Stacy Velasquez, Individually and As Next Friend of Vincent Avalos, a Minor v. Bright Beginnings Academy, LLC d/b/a Bright Beginnings Daycare; In the 93rd Judicial District Court of Hidalgo County, Texas. The case arose out of an incident that occurred at a daycare center in McAllen, Texas.
Our client had left her son in the care of Defendant. The Minor suffered minor injuries while under the care of Defendant. The incident was reported in various media outlets.
