The Firm successfully recovered a significant settlement for our client in connection with claims for, among other things, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, negligence, conversion, breach of fiduciary duty and conspiracy, all arising out of Defendants’ wrongful solicitation and fraudulent inducement of our client to enter into a purported stock-selling agreement in which our client unwittingly sold her shares of stock for an amount far less than the actual value of those shares. The terms of the settlement were confidential.

The Firm successfully prosecuted wrongful death and survival claims on behalf of an individual involved in a fatal, heads-on collision with a truck driver operating an 18-wheeler on behalf of one of the largest trucking companies in the country.
The Firm successfully resolved our minor child client’s claims for confidential amounts against multiple defendants in a case filed in Zavala County, Texas, subsequently improperly removed to federal court in the Western District of Texas and, ultimately, remanded back to the state court. The case was settled favorably soon after the favorable remand order.
