The Firm successfully resolved our client’s Section 451.001 retaliation action against his former employer, an oil company, in Cause No. 2011-46560; Mahmoud Ghanavati v. S & A Oil Co., Inc.; In the 125th Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas. Defendant denied all of our client’s claims, contending that our client was terminated for lawful, non-discriminatory reasons. The case settled for a confidential amount, on terms favorable to our client.
