The Firm recently settled out client’s claims for amounts totaling $130,000.00, comprising of policy limit recoveries in the underlying third-party case and then the first party, underinsured claim (Elizabeth Deleon v. Cherece Sandle and William Frasher) The underlying accident involved a disputed “red light swearing match.” The underlying defendant asserted that the injuries claimed by our client, then 69 years old, were pre-existing and not related to the accident.
